No Return/No Exchanges:

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than the item being defective or damaged.

Defective or Damaged Items:

  • In the event that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assess the issue and provide instructions for the return or exchange process.
  • Defective items will be replaced with the same item.
  • To be eligible for a return or exchange due to defect or damage, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must also include the original packaging.

Refunds & Store Credits:

  • We do not provide refunds.
  • Store credits will be issued for returned items, redeemable for future purchases.
  • Store credits do not expire and can be used towards any product available in our store.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Right to Refuse Returns:

We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy requirements.

Modification of Policy:

We reserve the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
